6 Mindset Tools To Master Your Business

The truth is that your mindset and old thought patterns picked up along the way just might be the barrier between you and creating the life of your dreams!

Mindset can be broken down into two components – permission and practice. Use this checklist to master your mindset and set yourself up for success!

6 MINDSET TOOLS TO MASTER YOUR BUSINESS


GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION TO SUCCEED

In order to open up to greatness and amazing possibility, you have to begin with giving yourself permission.

Permission to…

  • succeed
  • create
  • have fun
  • make a huge impact

So, let’s start with writing yourself a permission slip! Yep, you read that correctly! You are going to write out a permission slip for yourself. Grab yourself a piece of paper and write the following on it.

Feel free to design it however you’d like! It’s highly encouraged that you get creative and make it beautiful!

  • Write out what you want to create.
  • Sign your permission slip and date it. (Feel free to print it out!)
  • Place your permission slip somewhere that you’ll see it often!

Yay! Now that the permission is there, let’s talk about some simple practices you can use daily to shift your mindset and create success!

1. YOU ARE AN ENTREPRENEUR

See yourself as a businesswoman or a businessman DAILY.

That’s right! Every day, commit to spending some time envisioning exactly what you want your life to look like as a successful Health Coach and entrepreneur.

Bonus, FEEL into it! The feeling is ten times stronger than any vision you could have. What does it feel like to be a successful Health Coach helping to make a difference in the world?

2. YOU ARE AN EXPERT

See yourself as an expert, a leader, an educator DAILY.

Same thing here! See it in your vision, but also FEEL it!

Notice what you’re teaching, how you’re teaching, and open up space for ideas to come in! This step allows your mindset to shift into a place of knowing that you ARE indeed an educator, an expert, and are influencing others in a BIG way!

Journal your thoughts

3. YOU ARE AN INFLUENCER

Visualize yourself stepping into a bigger role – the role that you were born for DAILY.

You were born with a responsibility and a purpose. If you feel your purpose is to be Health Coach, then step into that role — it’s your responsibility!

4. BRING AWARENESS TO YOUR THOUGHTS

Start to become more aware of the negative thoughts that hold you back DAILY.

It might even help to keep a journal to get clear on what thought patterns exist so that you can start to rewrite them! Becoming aware of your thoughts is one of the most powerful tactics you can use when shifting your mindset from a place of doubt and lack into a mindset of abundance and possibility!

5. KEEP A JOURNAL

Start a journal and record when negative feelings creep in to increase your awareness DAILY.

Similarly to step 4, keeping a journal to record thought patterns is extremely useful! By keeping a journal, you might even notice that certain experiences trigger your thought patterns or when you start working on a specific task that can move your business forward!

6. STRENGTHEN YOUR MINDSET

This step is the best way to pull all of the other steps together! The key is to ACTUALLY do it! Make a list and check it off daily!

Do something every day that strengthens your courage and a positive mindset. Make a list, and check it off DAILY.

Almost everyone needs a little TLC when it comes to creating a mindset that will set them up for success. What sets you apart is that you’re going to do the work.

Take the actions listed above and repeat them as you need. You’ll soon begin to see how powerful your mindset is in creating success and living a life you love!
