If you’ve tasted fruit dip in the past, it’s probably been the overly sweet version filled with ingredients like marshmallow fluff, flavored gelatin, or whipped topping – not this version.
Naturally sweet and flavored with vanilla, cinnamon, and a hint of lemon, this simple and healthy yogurt fruit dip recipe comes together super quick to make a satisfying snack or healthy appetizer for any gathering. With the addition of chia seeds, you add a great source of protein and some essential fatty acids to help regulate your blood sugar.
And the best part, it’s kid-friendly! While it doesn’t take much to convince most kids to eat fruit, for those picky ones that need a little encouragement, this fruit dip is the ticket. Not only does it taste delicious, but your kids can make it too!
Serve it with any of your favorite fruits, or add a dollop to a bowl of fresh berries and top it with granola.
