Your group coaching session can be a one-time event, but it doesn’t have to be! Consider hosting your group coaching sessions regularly with the same group of people to build a powerful community that’s getting healthier together!

If you choose to host an online session, set the expectations so your clients understand how the meeting will flow and when they will each have a chance to talk or ask questions.

Online sessions can ease the nervousness of new clients entering a group session since they can participate in the comfort of their own home and don’t have to meet everyone face to face. This also allows your group to continue to grow and helps increase your client base since you can now bring in people from all over the globe!

Online health coaching sessions are also great for those who travel or have an ever-changing schedule week to week!

On the other hand, in-person sessions create an intimate setting in which clients can really open up and share their feelings in a supportive space, which could help hold them more accountable for attending every meeting!

Do what works best for you and your group but know that you have options!
