Between your career, personal life, family, and hobbies, you’re juggling a zillion things and a ton of relationships every single day and moving in all different directions.
But there’s ONE thing that ties every aspect of your life together. Relationships. They’re everywhere. You can’t avoid them!
You have a relationship with your partner.
… with your children
… with your parents and family members
… with your friends
… with your clients or coworkers
… with people in your community
… with yourself
And let’s be honest – some relationships are definitely easier than others.
Some can make a good day even better. And others? Well, let’s just say they can do the exact opposite.
The quality of your relationships has a direct effect on your physical, mental, and spiritual health.
The reason is that human beings have a need to feel connected to one another.
We don’t just need connection. We crave it. Humans have even been known to die without it.
When we feel connected, we feel safe. We feel grounded. We feel at home.
And when that need for connection isn’t met? That’s when we run into problems with ourselves and the other people in our lives.
With so much uncertainty in the world, it’s more important than ever to maintain positive and healthy relationships.
