THE BEST AVOCADO TOAST RECIPE YOU’LL EVER EAT
(Serves 1)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 slice sprouted grain, toasted
- ¼ sliced avocado (or more if you’d like!)
- ½ tsp lime juice
- A handful of sprouts
- A dash of red pepper flakes
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Place the avocado, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl and crush until creamy.
- Spread on bread.
- Sprinkle with sprouts.
- Enjoy!
TIPS/SUBSTITUTIONS
- Sub the lime for lemon juice.
- Add a little spinach for an extra boost of nutrients.
- Top it with an egg for some more healthy fats and serious tastiness!
