2. CLEANSE YOUR ENVIRONMENT

Don’t just cleanse your body. Live in a toxin-free environment, too. Using non-toxic home cleaners helps rid your home of unnatural substances that can be harmful to your health.

3. REVAMP YOUR BEAUTY ROUTINE

20. GET MOVING

Sitting for long hours in front of mindless entertainment creates a sedentary lifestyle which is bad for your health. Limiting the time you spend watching tv and surfing the internet will naturally create a healthier and more active lifestyle.

Practice yoga, go for a walk, get out into nature – whatever you decide, just get up and get going!
