Bridget was chatting with her friend, Catherine, who had just learned all about frequency.

“Did you know that you have a vibrational frequency?” exclaimed Catherine.

“A what?” questioned Bridget. “Frequency… isn’t that physics or something?”

Catherine went on to explain that everyone and everything has a vibrational frequency, and she even learned that your body is healthier at a higher frequency.

Bridget grew curious and wanted to learn more. She began to sputter out questions.

WHAT IS VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY?

Everything in the universe vibrates at a different frequency – the sun, plants, you, and even the chair or bed you’re sitting on. This frequency is measured in hertz (Hz).

A healthy body frequency is 62 – 72 Mhz. Fresh foods are 20 – 27 or higher if grown organically and eaten freshly picked while dried foods are 15 – 22 and processed foods come in at a whopping 0 Hz.

Scientists have found that certain frequencies can prevent the development of illness in our bodies. There’s actually an instrument that can measure the electrical frequency of our cells, which has shown that bodies that are ill have a lower vibrational frequency.

Not only is your body healthier at a higher vibrational frequency but your mental and emotional health increases as well. In addition, as your vibrational frequency rises, your spiritual growth and ability to feel that “woman’s intuition” is heightened.

It is completely possible to have it all – health, wealth, happiness, and a connection to God (whatever that is for you and your personal beliefs) through high levels of vibration.

Keep in mind this isn’t a new concept. It’s been practiced successfully all over the world for thousands of years, but only recently found a place in western society when we discovered how to actually measure this phenomenon and utilize it to optimize health.

The first step in raising your vibrational frequency is to remove things from your body and life that we know lower it. Things like refined sugars, processed foods, artificial sweeteners, coffee, toxins, chemicals, and preservatives are all known culprits.

Extreme stress and negative feelings can have a negative impact on your level of vibration as well.

The good news is that raising your vibrational frequency is not that difficult. Here are 20 ways in which you can increase your vibrational frequency!

20 WAYS TO INCREASE YOUR VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY


1. ALTER YOUR DIET

Focus on consuming cleaning, high vibrational foods such as:

  • Fresh, ripe fruit and vegetables (preferably local, organic, and in season)
  • Whole, organic grains
  • Organic beans, lentils, and legumes
  • Organic nuts and seeds
  • Spring water from the source
  • Himalayan salt, Celtic Sea salt, or other mineralized salts
  • Herbal tea
  • Green smoothies

2. RECONNECT WITH NATURE

Try walking barefoot to reconnect with the energy in the earth.

3. GET RID OF NEGATIVE ENERGY

Write it down, scream, jump, or punch a pillow – find a way to discharge it!

4. CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS

Positive thoughts have a high vibrational frequency while negative thoughts have a low vibrational frequency. Make a choice to stay positive!

5. PARTICIPATE IN JOYFUL MOVEMENT

Joyful movement stimulates the release of endorphins, which help to increase your vibrational frequency.

6. DO WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD

Pick an activity that brings you joy, and do it on a regular basis. This can include snuggling, painting, or just simply being with someone special in your life.

7. LISTEN TO MUSIC

Music has an extremely high vibrational frequency and crosses all boundaries. Make sure you’re listening to something you enjoy!

8. DANCE

Moving your body in a way that makes you feel good helps increase your vibrational frequency. Turn up some tunes and shake it!

9. SPEND TIME WITH ANIMALS

Animals have high vibrational frequencies, so when you reconnect with them, your frequency increases.

10. EXPERIENCE AROMATHERAPY

Essential oils start at 52 Hz and go as high as 320 Hz, which is the frequency of rose oil. Clinical research shows that therapeutically grade essential oils have the highest frequency of any natural substance known to man, creating an environment in which disease, bacteria, viruses, and fungi cannot live.

11. LAUGH AND SMILE

Anything that brings you joy will help increase your vibrational frequency! Make a point to do something that makes you laugh (or at least smile) every day.

12. SHOW GRATITUDE

You can make neuro-biological changes with a shift in your focus on gratitude. Start with the basics of being alive, having at least one friend, etc.

13. MEDITATE

Meditation has been shown to increase your vibrational frequency while calming the mind so you’re in a heightened state of consciousness.

14. STOP COMPLAINING AND GOSSIPING

Are the things you’re talking about bringing you more of what you want or bringing you down a path that lowers your vibrational frequency instead?

15. PRACTICE YOGA

Yoga means “union” and helps to connect the body and mind to raise your vibrational frequency.

16. HUG SOMEONE

Human contact has been shown to significantly raise vibrational frequency. It is also known to be healing and soothing.

17. GET A MASSAGE

Again, human contact is a fast and effective way to increase that frequency. Plus, talk about getting rid of negative energy!

18. BREATHE

Bringing in this basic force of life and flooding the body with oxygen is a great way to increase your vibrational frequency. Focus on taking time to breathe deeply and slowly.

19. SING

Whether it’s in the shower or a crowd of hundreds, singing is a great way to bring in new energy and increase your vibrational frequency.

20. LOVE

Love is the single most powerful thing you can do to raise your vibrational frequency quickly and for long periods of time!

    Please provide some scientific references for any of the data on this page. The same claims are being made on dubious pages around the Internet and not a single one includes a measurement methodology or even an explanation of what is being measured. (Frequency requires oscillation. Atoms and molecules include any number of elements that might conceivably oscillate. How are you isolating them? Which are you measuring?) Without data and references, this is pseudoscience at its worst. There are plenty of REAL, scientific reasons to eat better.
