INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cup coconut water or filtered water
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 handful romaine lettuce
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- ½ cup berries
- Juice of 1 lemon
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients in a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Garnish with some berries
